Log in at app.stitch.money using the mobile number or email you used to sign up.
Forgot your password
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter the email linked to your account.
- Open the password-reset email and follow the link.
If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Not getting the OTP / verification SMS
- Check that the mobile number on your account is correct and active.
- Make sure your phone has signal and SMS isn’t blocked.
- Wait 60 seconds, then click Resend.
You changed your number or lost access to your email
For security, we don’t change the email or mobile linked to a Pay Later account through self-service, we need to verify it’s really you first. Reply to this message with your full name and the ID number on your account, and we’ll help you update it safely.
You don’t remember which email you used
Reach out to help@stitch.money with your full name and ID number and we can check from our side without exposing whether the account exists publicly.
