Stay safe when paying online

A few simple habits help protect your Stitch account and payments:

• Sign in at app.stitch.money using your linked social profile. Stitch does not use a separate password sign-in.
• Protect that social profile using your provider's security and recovery options.
• Never share OTPs, verification codes, passwords, PINs, CVVs or bank login details, including with support.
• Check the merchant, payment amount and repayment schedule before you confirm a purchase.
• If you see an account or payment you do not recognise, contact Stitch Support and describe the issue. Do not send full card or ID numbers in an ordinary support message.
