Managing your account

You can view your account details and business information directly from your Stitch Express dashboard.

This article shows you where to find:

• Your profile details
• Users with access to your account
• Business and banking information

Access your profile details

To view your account profile:

1. Log in to your Stitch Express dashboard
2. Click your business name in the top-right corner
3. Select Profile

Here, you’ll be able to see:

• The email address linked to your account
• The phone number associated with your account
• Your password
• Your passkey (if one has been set up)

Manage users on your account

You can view all users who have access to your dashboard from the Settings tab.

Here, you’ll see:

• User names
• Email addresses
• Assigned roles

This allows you to understand who has access and what level of permissions they have.

View business details

In the Settings tab, you can also find your business information, including:

• Business name
• Business address

View banking details

Your nominated bank account is visible in two places:

• Under Settings
• In the Withdrawals tab

Updating your details

To update any of the following:

• Business name or address
• Banking details
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any other account-related information
