You can change the card or bank account that Stitch uses to collect your Pay Later instalments from inside your Stitch account at any time.
Update your payment method
- Sign in to your Stitch account.
- Open Account and select Payment method.
- Add a new card or bank account, or remove an existing one.
- If you have an active Pay Later plan, set the new method as the default for upcoming instalments.
Things to know
- You'll need to keep at least one valid payment method on file while you have an active Pay Later plan.
- Changes apply to future instalments. Any instalment already in progress on the day of the change may still attempt collection from the previous method.
- If we can't collect from your new payment method, we'll fall back to any other method on file before notifying you that collection failed.
If your bank or card has been replaced
If your old card was lost, stolen, or expired, add the new card and remove the old one so Stitch doesn't attempt collection from a closed method.
