If you've spotted a charge you don't recognise or believe is wrong, here's what to do:
- For a Pay Later plan you don't recognise: contact us immediately. We treat unauthorised Pay Later plans as a security incident.
- For a payment to a merchant you do recognise but didn't make: still contact us first. We can investigate from our side and help you next steps.
- For a refund on a purchase you did make: contact the merchant directly. Their returns process kicks off the refund, and your Stitch plan or payment updates automatically once they process it on our side.
