Knowing who to contact can save you time:
- Contact your bank for: unrecognised card charges that didn't go via Stitch, double charges by your bank, bank account issues unrelated to Stitch.
- Contact Stitch for: any Stitch Pay Later plan you don't recognise, payments to merchants where Stitch handled the transaction, issues with your Stitch account itself.
