Once a Pay Later refund has been processed, the time it takes to reach you depends on how the refund is being returned.
Refunds back to your card or bank account
If a refund is being paid back to a card or bank account, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank's processing time. Some banks can take up to 10 business days during busy periods.
Refunds applied to a Pay Later plan
If you're still mid-plan when a refund is issued, the refund is applied against your outstanding Pay Later balance first. You'll see the adjustment reflected on your plan, and any remaining instalments are reduced or cleared accordingly.
Refunds for paid-up plans
If you've already settled the full plan, the refund is paid back to your nominated payment method using the same timeframes above.
Checking refund status
You can see the refund status against your order from your Stitch account. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, contact us with your order reference and we'll investigate.
