How do I change my Stitch account email address?

You can change your primary email address in the Stitch app.

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Enter your new email address.
3. Enter the verification code sent to your new email address.

Once you verify the new address, it becomes your primary account email. Enter the code in the app only. Do not send it to support or anyone else.

If you cannot complete the change

If you cannot sign in, do not see the email-change option or cannot complete verification, contact help@stitch.money and describe the problem. Support can investigate, but cannot confirm a change until it has completed.
