With this filter on, the directory shows stores offering Stitch Pay Later.
Apply cashback at checkout
- Choose Stitch Pay Later at the store's checkout.
- If the cashback option appears, tick the box to apply your rewards to your first payment.
- Review the cashback applied, the amount due now and your remaining repayment schedule before confirming the purchase.
Can cashback cover the whole first payment?
Yes, if you have enough available cashback and your purchase is eligible. Check the amount shown at checkout.
Can I use cashback on more than one order?
Yes. You can use cashback toward the first payment on multiple new Pay Later orders, provided you have cashback available and each purchase is eligible.
Can I use it for other repayments?
Currently, cashback can only be used for the first payment on a new Pay Later purchase. It cannot be applied through Pay now, Pay all I owe or to an Extend plan.
Why don't I see the cashback option?
The option is subject to eligibility. If you expected it to appear, contact help@stitch.money with the store name and a screenshot of the checkout step, with personal and payment details hidden.
What happens to cashback if I return a purchase?
Cashback used on a purchase is not returned if you return the goods or receive a refund. It is not restored to your Rewards balance or refunded as money.
For example, if a R100 Pay Later purchase uses R20 cashback, a full refund excludes that R20. The remaining R80 is handled through the Pay Later refund process. The amount returned to you depends on what you have already paid; check your updated plan and refund transactions.

Can I withdraw it instead?
No. Cashback cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
