What information will I need?
Your application may ask for income and affordability information, supported by payslips or bank statements. The app shows which documents to provide and the period they should cover. Upload a PDF or a clear JPG or PNG image. Your documents are checked in the app.
Follow the information and document requirements shown in your Extend application. Example screen. Your account shows the amounts and options available to you.
What happens to my existing plan?
Your activated Extend plan replaces the selected Split plan's remaining repayment schedule. Your new agreement shows the balance being moved, your repayment amounts and your payment dates. Your original plan may still appear in your history.
Follow your existing repayment schedule until the new Extend plan is activated. If you need help finding your confirmation or new schedule, contact Stitch Support with the merchant name and order reference.
How much does Extend cost?
Extend is a new credit agreement with interest and a monthly service fee. There is no initiation fee when you extend an existing Split plan through this offer. Your offer shows the monthly repayment, interest, service fee and total amount repayable before you accept. Any unpaid late fees included in the balance are shown in the breakdown. Your plan instalment debit includes the monthly service fee.
See Will I pay any interest or fees? for more detail.
Which plans can I extend?
Extend is available for eligible existing Split plans. Eligibility depends on the purchase amount, repayment duration and your credit score. The Borrow page shows which plans have an offer and the options available for each one. See Why don't I see an Extend offer? if you need help finding yours.
